The new Squamish system represents next step in the field of bass reflex loaded sub woofers by Pequod Acoustics. The new structure is made up of 4 ovoids, 2 of them to house the 18” transducers connected in parallel, the other 2 to house the generous front reflex ducts, designed to have low turbulence, with high power signals. The complex of the structure, all in composite material with high mechanical stiffness and resistance to atmospheric agents, guarantees lightness and extreme rigidity, in the absence of vibrations that can ruin the general clarity of the sound. The 2x18” Double ovoid reflex subwoofer system allows for very high dB/Kg ratio values. The two 18” are very high performance and high excursion transducers, ensuring high power handling and a solid sound, in the absence of distortion. Stainless steel front grilles protect the cones of the 18” transducers from any intrusions.

Squamish guarantee perfect loading of low frequencies in sensitivity, depth, control and SPL expressed by the usage of very few watts. The aesthetic impact is extraordinary and absolutely unique on the professional sound market, as already seen for the Ovoid sub 5.1 and 4.1 systems.
